Training and Certifications provided by IDTheftSecurity.com Inc, Protect Now LLC, and Safr.Me (the “Company”) are for educational purposes only. They are not intended to guarantee safety or provide a complete substitute for security systems, insurance, or personal vigilance.

  • No Guarantees: The Company makes no warranties that training is appropriate for any particular individual or will result in improved safety.

  • Certification Holders: Holding a Certification indicates familiarity with curriculum content but does not guarantee the holder is qualified to provide safety advice.

  • Third-Party Content: Reference to third-party materials does not imply endorsement. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content or any harm arising from transactions with third-party providers.

2. Release of Liability and Waiver of Rights

By participating in Training Sessions sponsored by the Company, you irrevocably agree to the following in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts:

  • Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks involving accidents, property loss, serious injury, or death that may result from participation.

  • Release from Liability: You forever discharge the Company Parties from any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation, even if due to negligence.

  • Waiver of Rights: You intentionally waive all claims and the right to a jury trial or class action suits related to the Training Sessions.

  • Agreement Not to Sue: You agree not to initiate any lawsuit or legal proceeding against the Company Parties for injuries or damages sustained.

3. Intellectual Property & User Content

All original concepts, including the “Strategic Human Firewall” and the “Human Blindspot,” are the proprietary intellectual property of Robert Siciliano and SAFR.

  • License to Us: By sharing feedback or content through this site, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license to use and adapt that content for our services.

  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, including “phishing,” creating fake content, or attempting to compromise the “digital health” of our systems or other users.

4. Privacy & Data Security

We value your digital health. We only collect personal data (such as names or emails via contact forms) that you explicitly provide.

  • Data Controller: Robert Siciliano / SAFR acts as the Data Controller for this website.

  • reCAPTCHA Compliance: We use reCAPTCHA to protect this site from automated abuse. Data is processed strictly for security purposes under the Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum.
